About Workshop
The Annual Staff Capacity Strengthening Workshop was held from January 12 to 15, 2025, over a span of three days at the CDRO Nangarhar Office. A total of 96 staff members, including 25% women, participated under the theme “Strong Team, Strong Organization.” The workshop aimed to enhance staff competencies in critical areas such as effective team communication and leadership, project cycle management, financial reporting, gender mainstreaming, monitoring and evaluation (MEAL), conflict resolution, procurement and logistics compliance, and youth engagement in climate-responsive planning. Through interactive sessions and practical group work, participants strengthened their understanding of operational excellence and accountability. The workshop fostered a collaborative environment, encouraged professional growth, and resulted in action plans for applying key learnings within departments—ultimately reinforcing CDRO’s capacity to deliver high-quality, community-driven development programs.
