Staff Capacity Building Program

Based on the approval Human Resource Policy and staff capacity building, CDRO rigorously focuses on capacity building of its employees. Staff trainings are arranged both within the organization and/or the staffs are sent to other training institutes/organizations for their capacity building, whenever possible and the funds are available.

Advocacy and Lobbying:

CDRO strongly believes that only developmental relief is not sufficient for afghan empowerment without simultaneously engaging in community mobilization, human right, advocacy and policy reforming.  CDRO undertakes following initiatives:

  • Education and capacity building
  • Formal Education, Community/Home Based Schooling system.
  • Establishment of advocacy community based networks.
  • Legal Education and Peace Building:

Establishing and training of youth, men and women committees who will play the key role in forming a collective voice to convey afghan needs and aspirations and convince the policy maker to implement, reform or develop new policies which are common in our society

Conducting awareness raising workshops to make men and women conscious of their rights and duties not only in the light of the Islam, but also as human beings and Afghan nationals.

Strengthening the voice of men and women through initiating and supporting advocacy and lobbying movements and sensitizing the community towards admitting and accepting women’s valuable contribution, as producers and caretakers in the community and families.

Networking with national and international organizations and attending various conferences on concerned issues.
