CDRO is an Afghan owned and professionals led not-for profit organization. CDRO is run by a well-qualified board and managing team. The board as well as the managing team has a great deal of experience in human rights in particular women and children rights promotion. About 90% of the board members and managing staff are master’s degree holders from renowned national and international institutions. Some of the board members and technical advisors have degrees in conflict and co-existence and sustainable international development from the renowned universities in the United States. CDRO’s team has decades of experience, working in conflict settings and humanitarian emergency.
