Capacity development and trainings initiatives are the proper pathway to employment, self-sufficiency, sense of self-worth and peaceful environment. The barriers that face the Afghan men and women in this regard are substantial. Therefore, CDRO supports literate Afghan men and women through offering the following capacity building opportunities to meet the challenge of the evolving needs:
Conducting short-term workshops/courses on wide-ranging topics including but not limited to human right, legal right, management, development, community participation, leadership, Financial management, Procurement and tendering management, Various Methodologies of teaching, Hygiene Education Trainings, Water shed management, communication, and information technology.
Offering Proposal and Professional Report Writing Courses:
CDRO is providing and facilitating the short/long terms coursers subject to write technical and professional proposals & reports to men and women of government, NGO’s employees and university students over the country.
CDRO has been closely working with Ministry of Education, Ministry of Agriculture, Ministry of Labor, Social Affairs, Martyrs and Disables, Ministry of Women Affairs, Ministry of Rural Rehabilitation and Development, with provision of technical and professional training’s courses for further capacity development of the employees both men and women.
CDRO is mostly engaged in conducting research, semi and full assessments, trainings, mentoring and coaching the governmental employees and community leaders, advocating and lobbying in the different provinces of Afghanistan in order to reduce the gap between government and community.
Vocational Training Skills:
CDRO’s essential objective behind the establishment and operation of a vocational and educational training is to enable trainees with market driven trade. The trainees are provided with high-quality skills in the field of vocational trainings. These courses enable the rehabilitation and self-empowerment of trainees as well as assist them in generating income for their victimized families. The project will help give trainees the chance to make use of opportunities of employment.
